I'm having problems finding a way to boot NSMB from the Wii System Menu(off Usb using Usb Loader GX). I've tried crap, loadstructor, WBSF but have no options for Usb Loader GX, and I have also tried putting Usb Loader GX.dol in the loader folder but to no avail.

You can add loaders to Loadstructor by placing the USB Loader GX boot.dol in the dol folder and then editing the loaders.ini file in the Loadstructor program folder. You will need to add a new entry and accurately report what features the loader includes.
It's probably easier in this case to use WiiScrubber and a Hex editor to modify the main.dol and replace it as outlined in the main NSMB thread. This will allow you to play the game via any USB loader.
