Hacking Changing Wii U System Language after CFW

I'm not trying to change the lang. of one specific game, but instead I would like to revert the system language from English to German.

Now, after installing coldboot Haxchi I am a bit paranoid with the "Don't touch me app" etc. The last thing I want to do is to brick my console because of something so minor.

So, very short question: Can I change the console language via system settings no problem?
