ROM Hack Changing roms built in to Atari Flashback Classics

Would it be possible to replace some of the really crappy ROMs to some of the better Activision and Imagic games? I've done this kind of thing in the past but not to familiar with Switch games and ability to modify them.

I was only able to replace the Roms (without changing the roms names), I couldn't add.
