Hacking Change files on Games using CFG USB Loader like Riivolution?

I want to know if there is a way to edit files, models, textures, and music files on a game that is using CFG USB Loader or any other USB Loader (SD compatible) like Riivolution can. I saw that Riivolution can't edit pirated games because it requires real Wii games.

no other loader implemented that feature.
only Riivolution can load external files on the fly.

Riivolution can work with burned disc if you use some specific modchip. (wiikey 1 is working)

@Cyan I thought it would have been like the SSBB ISO builder. That's how they have the Project M ISO.
