ROM Hack cgw error create folder

I have tryed to hack my nintendo 3ds with the cfw mod. Followed the exact steps and everything worked fine.
But 1 day after the mod everything is gone. When i boot my 3ds i only have the option to create a folder.

Can someone explane me what is going on and how to fix it. The SD card is working properly. I can browse true the SD.
