Can I hack a 3DS without SD card at all?
I mean, I can use my SD card for set up but can I install cfw directly on NAND and install CIA on NAND too?

It’s for a friend, he has an old3ds but no SD card

cfw can be installed to nand but you need an sd card to set it up. Plus all 3ds titles are run from sd card or from cart. The 3ds nand is less than 1gb and most of that is taken up by the 3ds firmware. Also for the record most 3ds games are like 2gb to 4gb in size so do you see the problem?
