Cant upgrade FFVIIRemake PS+ version

I had the PS4 disc version and upgraded to the ps5 version for free that still needed me to use the disc. I also had the free PS4 ps+ version as well but I can’t see the option to upgrade the digital ps+ version. It’s still asking for the disc.

that is normal if you upgrade a ps4 game to the ps5 version. it still needs the ps4 disc in the console to verify that you own it.

The PS Plus version is not upgradeable.

You can still upgrade your disc version, though. The disc must be inside.

THIS works OK, its no the problem. The problem is I cant update Digital (PS+) version. It continue to download disc upgrage, even if i already delete my disc version

NM, not sure. I own the ps5 disc

I didn't even know there was a regular final fantasy vii remake for the ps5. intergrade I think contains the yuffie dlc by default. that's the one I have. got it for $38, new, from gamestop. that's one of the games that's $69.99, which I'm not paying. lol luckily, a lot of ps5 games are not that price, which is the msrp, or you can get them for cheaper pretty quickly after release.

@Yokushiro it's a known issue, try contacting customer services they should be able to reset the game so you can download the upgrade.
