ROM Hack Can't get the randomizer working on Moon!

So after hours of talking with supportive people who know how to make randomizer game in gen 7 to work, I forgot to ask them how do I make it work? I already did the a/*/*/* numbers and stuff and when I ran the game it was normal (yes I did activate the Luma patching) so what could've gone wrong?

Are all your files in the right place? For Moon, they should be in SD:\luma\titles\0004000000175e00\romfs.

I tried to build it to cia file from GodMode9 but when its half way in the build it says "failed to build"
