Hacking Can't get dumpiine to load on 5.4

I have ran the exploit successfully and Loadiine works great. I'm spoofed to 5.5.1 but that shouldn't matter.

When I click on locally hosted link it doesn't ever exit the browser. Just blank page. Same for online hosted versions of dumpiine.

Any idea why it won't load? Maybe someone couldn't give me an mp4 to try?
