Hacking Cant boot any apps games not even rxmode emunand

Hi everyone i would appreciate if you help me i have a 4.5.0-1 3ds xl i cant boot any apps that use the camera or games not even cartidrige it alwayz freezes the console. i installed rxtool 2.6 i can enter the launcher but when ii try to enter rxmode emunand it also hangs please help

can i update the 3ds in some way i cant enter devmode in rxtools 2.5.2
