Hacking Cannot play online on a9lh+Luma3ds

Sorry in advance for the noob question.

I am trying to play online in various games, but everytime the game tries to connect to the server I get an error (i.e 006-0502). My only success was to spectate a Smash Bros online game.

I have installed every game from freeshop with encrypted keys, and it is my first time today that I tried to play online, so I doubt that I have been banned. I have also checked everything internet-wise that could be blocking access (DMZ, port forwarding) and even set up manually IP with no luck.

Do you have any suggestions? :-)

you could try turning off spotpass in mii plaza. that apparently worked for some people

I did everything that the nintendo support suggested with the DNS settings, and I have already turned off spotpass in mii plaza. That's why I cannot understand why this error keeps occuring.
