So I'm trying to create a folder of ROMs to backup from my cartridges to memory card. And so far Goldleaf and other custom firmware don't work (I tried backing up a cartridge pnto SD card but it only backed up my saves).nybody have a way for me to be able to actually backup my ROMs so I can finally store them all. Also looking ability to run appstore to get Retroarch working and be able to use internet without getting banned yet. If I accidentally click on eshop is that an instant ban?

But the process of trying to convert XCI's seems impossible... there's no way to just pull the NDS from the cartridge?

why do you need to dump your carts?
if you want a digital backup just go to a warez site and download everything you have from there

They don't need to but it's generally safer.
It's easier to trust a personal dump to not be corrupt (or worse brickware) vs a dump from a site that may or may not test what it hosts.
