Homebrew Question Cannot download apps

Hello guys, so I have a problem. My Homebrew install works perfectly on 5.0.2. however when I try to download any app from it, and go back to the home menu the app is not there. I have tried formatting the card, used different files but the problem is still the same.

Any suggestions
