ROM Hack Can people get DSware yet?

Just curious if people are able to get the downloadable stuff yet.. without going through Nintendo?

Also can any of the new stuff, like hacked roms or DSware work on the original DS?

The simple answer is no
I heard around these forums someone was able to dump them, but I have no way to conform that and I doubt it was honest myself. But it would be impossible to play them on a normal DS/DS Lite

No, and honestly I doubt it'll happen before the 3DS is released, if ever.

You can already carry around multiple DSi Ware titles without needing to swap cartridges, and that's one of the main "legitimate" uses of flashcarts. What would be the purpose of getting DSi mode working, aside from enabling piracy? Oh yeah, and the POS "Hair Salon" game that (for whatever misguided reason) is a DSi-exclusive cartridge.
