Hacking Can N2dsxl be softmodded yet?

I'm always wanted to buy a 3ds of some kind and i choosed N2DSXL and i want to hack it but i don't know is there a softmod (I know there's a hardmod but it's too hard for me to do and i will NOT give some random guy hardmod it)

Yeah, but those options are a second 3DS with CFW, a hardmod, or maybe look into this (can't guarantee anything with this though). A flashcard is your cheapest and most likely your best option.

It was softmoddable when it was first released.
Just do the flashcart method, you'll probably want to play a DS game at some point anyway

With a DSiWare system transfer. Ntrboot hadn't been invented yet.

Ok another question: What if i will try to install homebrew like on N3ds (If somebody tried to tell me what happened when you do that)

Homebrew works the same as it does on any other system on the same firmware.
CFW is the recommended way to get homebrew.

Homebrew access isn't the same as having custom firmware. You won't be able to pirate games, which I'm willing to bet is your end goal. You also shouldn't hold hopes for a free solution. ntrboot is kind of the final coffin nail for the 3DS. Don't expect much, if any, further development.
