I want to dump my own header. So that I ask is there a way to use cybergadget to get private header . I've seen the thread that use powersave to get private header

Cheaper to buy a power save vs the one your talking about.
No one has try to use that one as fas as i know

Oh my bad I thought it was a company not a device. Well I feel silly. Sorry.

If the device lets you dump the rom there should be header information you can find with a hex editor. Or maybe it's in the save.

I don't know if it's possible to dump headers via cybergadget/powersaves. I know that the rom uses a different clock frequency than the save chip for games that have dedicated save chips. I do not know if Pokemon XY carts are an exception to this.

These clock frequency differences prevented using R4i Savedongle devices to dump 3DS roms. I made a post about this a few years ago. The same may or may not apply to other hardware dongles.

There is a diy on dumping the game header with powersave.

If you have a few games you should be ok.
I believe there is 3 different type of chip set. You can look it up but basically you can dump one of each and have a header for ea type of chip set.
