Get a copy of Smash (the current region, not necessarily European), change the titleid so it's autobootable (starts with 0 instead of R), boot to recovery, and mount that modified ISO (ODE or chip, doesn't matter); from there do the custom stage exploit, and do whatever you need to either (downgrade the launcher and its IOS, install a CIOS 70 or 80 as needed, remove the Korean Key) - those things will likely need AHBPROT or a CIOS available, which could be an issue
