I've read as much on the boards as I can and I have not seen this problem/fix mentioned. I think it could also cause errors on the Game Compatibility Wiki.
I so far have 3 Wii games backed up on the Drive

What I noticed was when I booted up one game it worked fine. Then when I returned to Wii Menu, went back to USB Loader and tried to boot a different game. It would instantly get the Code Dump. I noticed the Light on My USBHD was out. So I turned off Wii.. Powercycled the USBHD. Tried to boot the same game again and it worked without a hitch.
I am using a Western Digital 320GB HD, in an ICYDOCK External Enclosure. I think its a usb compatibility problem with the enclosure. I wanted to pass this on as something to look out for / try if you are seeing the Code Dump Error.
