i know there is a short description on using gecko but its too confusing on how to use it with loadiine. can anyone write a comprehensice steo by step tutorial on how to use TCP gecko to cheat?

How to connect TCPGecko

  • Load your WiiU browser
  • Close all tabs and go to settings
  • Delete cookies, exit settings
  • Load http://wj44.bplaced.com/ from your favorite.
  • The website will detect your console's version and display a list of compatible exploits and homebrew for that version.
  • Select "WiiU Kernel Exploit" link and wait few seconds.
  • If you see black screen with a message, it means the exploit failed.
If it failed: Keep power button pressed to shutdown the console. Then try again.
If it worked: The Home menu will open. continue with next steps.
  • Load the WiiU browser again
  • Load http://wj44.bplaced.com/ from your favorite.
  • This time, select "PyGecko (Allows Cheating.)". Wait few seconds until is display home menu again and this time select "Wii U Menu".
  • Load your game
  • launch the TCPGecko on PC.
  • Insert your WiiU IP address in the bottom right field and click connect.
For example do i load loadiine before or after the above steps?which option do i use?
when i select "WIIU Kernel Exploit" do i select "normal kernel" or "Kernel for Loadiine/Dumpiine"?

i tried for hours and research online but i still cant get it to work with any game because it wont connect

thanks

Loadiine v4.0 is not working TCPGecko.
If you use older version of loadiine, I think this is the order to follow :

run kernel for loadiine
run loadiine
load game without autobooting (press Y)
Run TCPGecko for loadiine handler (not the normal TCPGecko, it will not work as it's not the same kernel patch)
run the game
Launch Gecko dot net on PC and connect

thanks for the answer, i am launching the game with loadiine 3

does TCP gecko require smash bro ?

when you said Kernel for Loadiine do you mean go to http://wj44.bplaced.com/ and select "WiiU Kernel Exploit" or directly "http://exploit.wiiubrew.net/" and load "Loadiine Kernel(5.3.2)?

"Run TCPGecko for loadiine handler (not the normal TCPGecko, it will not work as it's not the same kernel patch)"

do you mean not the one from payload tab but "Loadiine(miimaker+pygecko)?

i am not very well versed in this, can you be more percise on when webpage to use and name and steps?

load the "loadiine kernel", not the normal wiiu kernel exploit.

There's one for loadiine, and one for "other homebrew".
There are two version of TCPgecko handler installer : one for the normal kernel exploit, and one for the loadiine kernel exploit.

http://exploit.wiiubrew.net/
1. Loadiine Kernel (5.3.2)
2. Loadiine (v3.0 for 5.3.2)
3. select game (no autoboot, so Y)
4. pyGecko (Loadiine 5.3.2)
5. launch game
6. Gecko dot net on PC

Note that I never tried TCPGecko with Loadiine myself.
It's only based on comments from other users I found on the forum, so maybe it's wrong or won't work well.
try few times before thinking it's not working.
TCPGecko and geckoDotNet sometime don't see the socket port and don't connect together.

Would you, kindly, update these steps for 5.1.1 kernel exploit?
Please keep in mind that I need it in dumb-proof form as I don't know $h!t about what I'm doing (and didn't want to start my own thread).

That tutorial was written when loadiine was on v1.0a to 4.0, not for loadiine GX2.

For loadiine GX2:
launch loadiine
Go to settings
Set the "Host IP" setting to match your computer's local IP.
Enable the Gecko option.

launch the game, then TCPGecko on your computer.
