Hacking Can anyone identify this

Now, I am really new to this so bear with me please lol

I have read about all these different clones and firmware working with certain clones and how to install wood on certain R4's etc

I was hoping that someone could identify what this R4 is a clone of, what firmware etc will and won't work on it and if I'll ever be able to find a guide on how to play the new pokemon games on it

Anyways, does the latest official (2.0.10b) not work?
