Hardware bypassing system update when tranfer data to new console

Now I have 2 consoles which are
1st: old model(hackable) with 4.1.0
2nd: new model(unhackable) with 6.1.0
I want to tranfer my save data from 1st to 2nd.
I don't want to do normal upgrade or using ChoiDujour to upgrade my 1st console to the newest version because I want to keep the 1st clean untill stable CFW release and don't want my 2nd get banned because of using ChoiDujour on 1st.
So, is there anyway to bypass system firmware update(such as dns trick) before tranfer data to 2nd?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
