Homebrew Brought a New 3DS XL today need help

Hi all, so i brought a NN3DSXL with a copy of OOT for the OOTHAX, which i can pull up the HBL but it won't let me do anything from that i.e. install Menuhax manager v3.1, Sploit_Installer_oot3dhax, wont let me do anything with ctr-httpwn. I've looked at loads of stuff but just can't find the answers any help would be appreciated

My NN3DS XL is Europe running 11.2.0-35E

because you simple can't do anything with that firmware except dsi downgrade or hardmod

Ah so basically i can't do it as i don't have either of the requirements for both of them downgrades
