Is it possible to just drop some solder onto that area and fix it?

What should I do if not?

I've modded two gamecubes with the Viper chip and I'm using the same solder iron and solder I used for that, I'm off to buy a new solder iron.

I was SO close to having it done, then I ran out of wire, then the joints started to break, I was SO pissed.

The system still works btw.

Thanks!

do ya see the yellow trace coming from it, it goes to the panasonic chip, ya gotta solder onto that little leg, if your uk i can do it for ya if u dont feel up to it

hi m8 sorry i wont accept people from usa incase of import charges

tin your iron with a little too much solder, run the wire through it til there is an EVEN amount of solder on it not too much but just enough for it to stick. clean your iron and tin it with a tiny amount of solder hold the wire against the leg on the panasonic chip so its leaning down on it enough that if u touch it, it will stick to the leg, touch it for 1 second and it hsould be stuck on, hot glue/tape it down
