Hacking Bricked my wii :/

So one day I was messing with Anyregionchanger.

This is what I set:

Language Setting: T. Chinese
Console Area Setting: Taiwan
Game Region Setting: Japan
Console Video Mode: NTSC
Shop Country Code: 1
Services EULA: Unread

I saved these settings and rebooted my Wii, then I was stuck on the EULA.

Im on firmware 4.3U and my NAND backup is corrupted and I dont think i have bootmii installed.

Well if you had installed priiloader before you rebooted, you could have booted into the HBC and fixed the problem. You can try savemii/savemiifrii, but all you're going to be able to do with that is run an official update off an official Wii disc (unless you have an early model wii AND a modchip installed).
