The update files found at R4iDSN's webpage don't work with DSi 1.43.

An R4iDSN out of the box won't work with DSi 1.43 as well.

Besides that, it's indeed a very good flashcard.

LOL Unless you can afford a better Flashcart like the ones Ryupower suggested, just get a another R4 that is NOT a clone.

Please tell me where I can find a REAL R4 that is compatible with the 3DS.

On the side-note, the acekard is actually cheaper than the crap R4i 2.0 3D.

A lot of people suggest ShippingZero, NDS-Gear, Real Hot Stuff, etc. Ask on forums because ShopTemp is unreliable due to paid off reviews.

I don't see how the reviews have anything to do with finding a legit cart.

Well if you buy from an unreliable store and it gets false reviews...

R4iDSN 3DS released since March-2011 can support DSi V1.43.
As you know, R4iDSN 3DS can support 3DS 2.1.0-3 and DSi V1.43 directly.(surprising
Therefore, there is no need to make a patch for it.
The patch released by www.r4idsn.com now is made for 3DS 2.1.0-3.
According to the information given by this team, they are working hard on a patch for R4iDSN (non-3DS) to support NDSi V1.43.
