Gaming Borderlands The Handsome Collection

Okay, so borderlands the handsome collection in Spain is 19.99€. I've never played any borderlands, but looks fun, but on the Internet there is a rumour that maybe fallout 3 and New Vegas are getting a HD remaster and I like fallout. So, should I buy borderlands or wait until Bethesda announce a fallout 3 and Nv remaster?

Buy it. Right now. It's like one of the best games ever (BL2. BL:TPS is great too.)i have several hundred hours in that game. I love it. The game runs at 1080p 60 fps too.

I'd say go for it, since even if Bethesda is making a Fallout HD collection, it won't be out by the end of the year. 1+2 are fun games, especially if you're playing online with others, and TPS is...alright, I guess. It's a great collection.

I suggest that the OP should do what i did. I played The Pre-Sequel first. story-wise, that would be the best thing to do.

I never played them (I'm not fond of FPS games) but I'm curious as telltall made a game based on that series.
I just read it's FPS RPG, I'm curious now.

The handsome collection misses Borderland 1?
It only includes the pre-sequel (prequel or sequel? both?) and borderland2, what happened to the first one ? :s
edit: oh, I thought the prequel was "before the first one", but it's before the second one, so that make sense the first is not included. it's not on ps4.

Aw! Didn't realize this left 1 out. I'm going to guess that 1 is so different, mechanically, from 2 & TPS, that they didn't bother porting it? To be honest, I wasn't too big a fan of FPS games either, but I really enjoyed 1. I didn't really pay much attention to the story in any of the games, so going from TPS to 2 shouldn't be that awkward, in terms of plot.

I've heard that borderlands 2 and pre sequel run at the same engine. But 1 dosen't, so they ported 2 and pre sequel.

both games look exactly the same, and basically have the same guns (tps adds some new special ones of course)

i played borderlands the handsome collection through the first levels still maybe in the pre-sequel. I bought it cheap on psn/store online. i just take it very easy and plan to play some again, if i'm totally hooked on "the crew"races in pvp lobby, so i didnt take time to go back to borderlands T.H.C. i bought it as one of the first games on my ps4 since august 2016.. Because a friend of me was so enthousiast about it, and that he finished the game. i played a few times coop or multiplayer i cant remember when i played it at my friend's. it's a good shooter, the last time i played coop with a friend, we didnt get far, but you have to concentrate a little more then it's gonna be fine and win over the difficulty. i like it also because it quiete mild violence in my opinion what makes it easier to come back and play the game i think. fallout comes close also to my likes, but i wait until all dlc is out and it comes available for one price.. just can wait. i'm happy with 21 games playable on the ps4 i have, even have some titles not ever played but installed, well for now i return to "the crew"game, because i are taken to the login screen due to inactivity. i have some time to spend free day monday but well long weekend cheer it on easy chilling pauses and computer multitask/platform(sys) along. pst i've being through the night so the plusmode turned into leeth~! hope you can do the best choice
