Hacking Bootrom error code help

Hello all,

In my attempt to fix a totally broken 3ds I've come to a place where I think I might have hit a true dead end.

I'm using a N3DSXL with a hard mod in it, I can load it up and flash the NAND that I have previously backed up. But now I'm getting the error code shown below when I boot it up without the SD card attached. Looking this up in 3dbrew.org it says that this error code symbolizes that both the firm0 and firm1 partitions are corrupted, and thus I don't know what to do. I've tried a couple of different backups though none of them seem to be give me any help.

If anyone has any suggestions of things to try I'm down for anything at the moment, as I'm almost certain this is a permabrick. Thanks in advanced for any advice you might have.
