Will it delete all of the unsigned CIAs? I have 0 emuNAND, just sysNAND

probably will delete all installed CIAs I think. Anyways, just use BigBlueMenu or FBI to delete it

I have 0 idea of the titleid, since it isn't an actual game it isn't on 3dsdb

if it's not obvious (example: HBLD is homebrew loader"), then check the place you got it from and see if it has a title id. if not, yell at the dev

You just have to go to your data management next time, it's easy and will NOT delete your CIA unless you go see data management on SYSNAND while nands are linked.
