I want to add CFW to my brother's New 2DS XL. I'm attempting to do the DSIWare boot9strap save injection exploit. It says you must have a game legitimately owns the game and has to be pulled off the eshop. Now, a while ago, I just tikshop to get tickets for everything, and I can't really buy anything, so would it count as a legit game or no? If not, what should I do? Sorry if the answer is obvious, I'm an idiot at hacking.

For a DSiware transfer, you need a game that is from the eShop, so you must purchase it. Otherwise, it will not be transferred to the target console because it is not a legitimately owned game.

Delete the ticket using FBI or use tikSweep which will delete all tickets not matching something installed. Then buy it.
K thanks

Wait, also I downloaded a bunch of fake games using tikshop. Will this affect anything?

tikShop doesn't download "fake games". It downloads tickets for games on that title keys site, which is a site that contains legitimately bought titles from the eShop.

Oh whoops. My bad. But still, will it affect anything in the exploit?
