Hacking Boot9Strap and the sdmc error

Hello everyone
In these past hours I wanted to modify my 3ds and everything was going a-okay until I try to install it from the jp flipnote, it keeps saying it couldn't read it. Which is stressing me a lot because I have all the necessary things in the boot9strap folder. Or so I thought
Any answer to why is this happening? (A complete noob btw, really possible that I've missed something)

take a look at 3ds.hacks.guide and look to see what ya need. usually cfw is used with steel miner as the easiest way to gain entry
