I created a snes folder on the root of my 3DS sd-card. Yet BlargSNES still tells me that there is no roms in the /snes folder and locks up my 3DS. Am I putting the folder in the wrong location?!
Oh, I dont know then :/ It might do with the extension or the game file is too largeNo, a forward slash should not be in the folder name. I don't think you can put a forward slash in file/folder names either.
Oh I know why now, its a sfc (Super famicom) file. Ill find a rom with a smc extensionWhat is the full filename of the romfile. It needs to be an smc file iirc
have the upto date version http://4dsdev.org/thread.php?id=5 (v 1.3)
no roms zipped file
roms the right format (sfc/smc)
using the right file for it, like the one in the blargSnes folder (if using Homebrew Launcher, just copy the folder into the 3ds folder
i have it working
snes folder on root of MS (it is just called snes)
Got it working! Turned out I had an outdated version of BlargSNES.
