ok i have blarg 1.3 installed as CIA on my O3DSXL and on my n3dsXL and it works just fine
i tried to put it on a friends 3ds launch model o3ds and when i launch it ,it does nothing i used the same CIA i used for my systems and i tried another one with a different banner reinstalled it a few times but still won't run
3ds is like 8.1 system FW , running GW emunand 9.8
can't figure out why it doesn't work
does it matter what ssytem FW is?
the only other thing i can think of is that i made folder on the root of D:/GWemunand
called SNES when i copied the CIA , does have to create it's own folder or something?
can't think of what else it could be unless it is just because it is a cheap MSD card,
