I was on the search for some Information because of strange lag issues and found this very informative video:

Long story short:
The default settings for BO on multiplayer are a mess, because theese settings are anno 1997/98, the Quake 3 engine. Since then, in connection many has changed and almost everyon has broandband connection and could have way better connection, if only the settings would be updatet to todays standarts.
Now, while PC gamers can directly go into the cfg file, the console version couldn't do that simple, but this guy anyhow managed it for the Xbox to change his MP settings. Now, considering Wii Scrubber, I would try the same for the Wii version but i've no idea where to search such a config, nor how to extract it.
Therefore I created this topic, so maybee someone could give me some hints where to start
