Bethesda has posted a mysterious teaser. Released on Twitter, the six-second Vine video shows off barbed wire, a spinning record and the music of Johann Sebastian Bach.
When asked if the tease is related to Fallout on Twitter, Bethesda vice president of marketing Pete Hines posted "guess again."

Unfortunatly, I can't watch it due to my connection. Can someone kindly take pictures of parts of it and post them here? This interests me a lot.

I put pictures in the spoiler. Absolutely no idea what this could possibly be. Just to note, there is no actual sound for those wondering except for the actual sound of a record spinning on a player. The video can be found on youtube if you want to take a closer look at anything that you can't quite catch with the looping video in the source.

I knew what the video was showing. :p I was saying that I have no idea what the teaser is trying to say. Teasers are just annoying that way.

Oh, now I feel stupid ;) Didn't notice your text at all, and didn't see the video. Now I've seen it and... yeah... obvious post is obvious XD

I can't help feeling a war theme. Orchestral Suite on Vinyl? Barbed Wire? World war 2?

Thanks but, uh, you might try just using Alt + Prt-Scn, then pasting in Paint/Photoshop/Gimp/etc. Don't need to now, just for future times you want to get a screen capture of your computer.

I prefer puushing. It's much, much faster.

And yes, I could have gone fullscreen, but nobody needs images that big. There aren't exactly super secret hidden details.

For print screening I use lightshot. It can select an area and upload in a second, no need to paste it into paint, etc.

That being said I have no input on the topic. Mysterious teaser is mysterious.

I personally took away (what I thought to be) the obvious tone of circularity and repetition, perhaps alluding to a game where choice or time is going to be a large aspect, as well as the contrasts of civility (via "western classical" music) against weapons (wire) meant to dissuade some kind action or behaviour (in this context, by causing pain).

Those aren't pictures of his screen, that's part of the video.

As for the video, not sure what it could be. Some sort of war game, obviously, and probably a shooter. But other than that, could be anything.

1. Barb wire.

2.Thanks to the folks at gearbox forums a better picture of the record was created.
