Best way to install NSPs?

The only USB 3.0 port on the Switch is on the dock Itself and inside the back cover by the HDMI/ power ports. Not sure tho if big N ever released drivers for it. They said it was a future planned feature, but there was reports it interfered with Bluetooth connections when used, so not sure if they ever enabled it.

wait.. if the dock has USB 3.0 ports, it surely means the switch's type-C is USB 3.0 compatible.
The goal here is to get atmosphere/homebrew to connect to PC using USB3.0 so that DBI can install at faster speed.

Yes we know it works, but its really difficult and inconsistent to get it working.
I am on atmosphere 1.8.0 with FW 19.0.0. USB 3.0 cannot be forced no matter what...

I tried all methods suggested online, adding the
usb30_force_enabled = u8!0x1 and usb3force=1 to their respective files, doesnt work.

Nobody uses that anymore nowadays for a plethora of reasons such as many shops being shut down to the hate speech embedded within the app. If you want an alternative, I highly recommend TinWoo Installer. Its what I personally use and recommend with no issues since Day 1.

For me personally DBI is more stable with batch installs, while Tinwoo is faster but has problems with batch installs especially when using USB 3.0. Imo use DBI for batch & Tinwoo for just installing a file or two. At least until someone that knows how to, fixes the batch transfer timeouts in Tinwoo.

I have used Tinfoil a bunch and exited it any conceivable way possible (including hard Atmosphere crashes) and I can confidently say that I have never seen these messages. However I do not doubt the veracity of the claims made by others, perhaps this was the case at one point, seeing this was Tinfoil V7, long before I ever modded a Switch. Could also be that someone unknowingly downloaded a nefarious fork or something, I really don't know. I will refrain from commenting on the nature of those messages because I don't want to open that can of works again.

Okay I just triple checked to make sure I'm not going crazy, all I'm seeing is a "Fin" message in the bottom right when shutting down Tinfoil V19. Man, we really need a competent, minimal, user-translatable, open-source title installer, preferably without drama. I know, as likely to happen as me winning the lottery tomorrow.
