Homebrew Best SNES emu for N3DS?

Hey.

I have a New3DS. What is the best native SNES emulator for this console? LibrettoArch do not want to use - often hangs, crashes, etc. Or is there an alternative?

There are still VC injects since the New 3DS has a bult-in SNES VC.

There's snes9x for 3ds which is the best emulator in terms of speed and stability, also supports SA1 games like Super Mario RPG.
Or you can also try VC injects.
