I have a buddy who would like to try the USB installation method. He obviously can't use my favorite tool (Wii U USB Helper) because he doesn't have a windows machine. Linux only. I know that jnustool is java based so I guess that will work.

For someone that has been lazy and is just used to clicking a game name in Wii U USB helper how would I use jnustool on Linux? I assume I'd have to find a ticket after that correct? Does jnustool download a valid ticket?

How do you even just get a "Linux" pc?

1. Buy from a linux pre-built distributor
2. Build it yourself, install linux
3. buy windows pc, wipe windows and install linux
Ah, ok. But wouldn't it be best, if you bought a windows pc, to dual boot windows and Linux? Also what is your favorite version of Linux

I have a shitty old laptop that can barely boot windows, but i have it dual booting Fedora 25 right now, which works quite well for whatever i need a laptop for.
