I don't care about the ability to play 3ds roms. What I care about is the emulators and the ability to store and playback videos. The easier to use cart the better, needs to be new 3ds compatible.

Nothing has changed in years in regards to those things. DSTwo can emulate most things (NES, SNES, GBA) to an acceptable speed and works fine on N3DS.

Though video playback? It's laughable at best. Maybe playing a MP3 or two will be fine, but playing back any sort of video is just going to be a choppy mess. It will play lower quality bitrate files, but don't expect MKV like support. Anything container related will just de-sync. Colors tend to look different on the 3DS screen as well.

That is a shame, the video playback on the web browser is great.

No way. Convert your videos to a lower quality avi (think 240-480) and you have great playback. I converted a bunch of my Studio Ghibli for the wife to put on the harddrive for the Wii. I took those exact files and placed them on the DSTwo's SD card, and they worked great. Looks good and plays fine on both. Just gotta do a little work and have all files in avi. Also keep the audio codecs simple.

Seriously..........I wouldn't play movies/videos on my 3dsxl. Screen is still too small and the resolution isn't all that great.

Right, it uses ninjahax/pastaCFW to be able to installed CIA. That is the only way they can tack on more sales, by stating it "supports" it.

sky3ds should be a nice card, it can compatible with most plugins like Ninjahax, Pasta CFW, RegionFour, rxtools, support homebrew, region free, CIA and so on, and the option is easy for play 3ds games
I really agree with you.sky3DS works great with Ninjhax 2.1 on V9.9.0-26!

Please stop if your on 9.2 or lower you dont need a flash card of any kind this person wants homebrew, assuming they are on 9.9 all they need is youtube and to follow the instructions to setup Tubehax here - http://smealum.github.io/3ds/

Getting really sick of these sky accounts

Its crazy how offended people get when sky3ds is mentioned, if they are on 9.3+ , what other options do they really have,

No one is offended the problem is when these literal sky3ds accounts whose only job is to push the product even discreetly tell people to spend 80+ on a piece of plastic when they are on 9.2<.
