BCWAV audio is getting distorted on EFE

Hi, so I am trying to make a custom Persona 4 styled theme, and its going amazing. All I am missing is the sfx. I have spent the past 2 hours trying everything. The audacity modified github isnt working because it keeps missing a .dll, I tried using LoopingAC 2.3.1 since thats the last version that converts to .bcwav, but I finally got something with EFE. However the audio keeps getting distorted. If the solution is complicated, would anyone be willing to convert these for me?

Already tried that. The command prompt opened and disappeared just as quick everytime I opened it

Because it's a command line tool, you don't use it by double clicking the file.

Open a command line in the same folder as the .exe and the wav files, then type:

cwavtool.exe -i the_name_of_your_wav.wav -o the_name_of_the_output_bcwav.bcwav -e dspadpcm
