Hacking Barebones CFW

Is there a CFW that only has the Signature signing patched as I just want to use the fake signed RAPs to RIFFs? Or is there a way for them to work on OFW? I don't need any backup loader stuff. I just need PKG installing and Patched Signing.

Doesn't PS3Xploit 3.0 works for you?
It's main feature is to enable signed pkg to work.
You can even make a pkg that installs all rap files you want at once.

It isn't a proper CFW, since it works on OFW and uses userland exploits, but it worked for me.

Will the games run from OFW when using these resigned RIF files?

EDIT: It appears they won't work unless you run the exploit on every reboot.

I was hoping for a cold boot option.
