Homebrew Bannerbomb help needed

i got a question about bannerbomb...
and since i can't find it anywere i'm going to ask here!

so, bannerbomb runs .DOL/.ELF files right?
all i can find about it is that it is used to install "homebrew channel" on a 4.0

now my question:
can i just run an app for HBC (i'm talking about Ocarina the cheat thing) with bannerbomb? or do i really need to install homebrew for that?
because I (as in "a boy of 14 who is not allowed to install HBC) just want the cheats....

Yes, it will run any .dol you put into it. I would recommend using loadmii. It operates like the homebrew channel (kinda) and does not need to be installed. That way you can run different things on it like ocarina and other stuff nice and organized.

K thanks... but can i also only run Ocarina? or do i need something like loadmii or HBC?

You could *just* rename Ocarina to boot.dol if that's all you want but using LoadMii gives you the flexibility of not having to install anything but you can still select which homebrew you want to launch.

what do you mean just? it is a boot.dol with 2 other files in the map...
i want to know if i can put bannerbomb on my SD-card and the boot.dol/.elf from Ocarina and then the codes map with cheats in it!

Why can't you just install the homebrew channel? I was like 12 when I installed it, and I wasn't really allowed (no one said I couldn't though...

)
Anyway, you just put the codes folder, the private folder that has bannerbomb in it, and the ocarina boot.dol (just ignore the other files that came with Ocarina)

bannerbomb crashes with connection24 or something right?.. than i have to disable that first!
