Hacking Question Banned on my [OLD] switch

TL;DR What are my chances of getting banned on a new system if I am on the same wifi network as a banned switch?
ANSWER: there is no chance of being banned by being associated with a hack system

So I picked up a switch lite today for my little brother! He loves playing on mine, so I figured he would love to have one of his own (and, he won't be taking mine anymore...)

I am excited to give it to him! But I am scared of him being banned on his new system just because he is on the same wifi network as my banned switch. Is this possible? Should I reset my network and not associate my banned switch with it?

i cant see this being an issue, would be a problem from Nintendo for banning consoles just because you know someone who got banned.

I use local play and even share updates from modded switches to my legit switch and vise versa. Interacting with banned or modded consoles is perfectly fine and will not risk ban.
