Hacking Backup Loader .3g not rebotting correctly

I am trying to play the PAL version of SSX blur but it does not work using the ios patcher. I tried to use the rebooter and the game works throught the disc channel. I try to use force NTSC but it still comes up PAL. I tried to wiifrii but it does not boot at all. Can anyone who has success with SSX blur tell me how they did it.

the rebooter only makes the Wii region free for discs, it doesn't force to anything, only launching straight from the Gamma launcher will force the game to NTSC (if config to do so)...!!!
