Let me tell you,

I hate the general population of my school. I'm not saying there aren't good people, nor am I saying that I'm judging them based on what I've observed; I'm saying that I have lost faith in the people I see every day. I don't see any potential for improvement; I see a lack of personality. (This is FACT, I'm not judging.) A lack of the possibility for improvement. I counted literally over 120 people wearing the same damn boots. Those boots aren't even very durable, just expensive. I should rename my school, "The Petting Zoo." They're all sheep. God damn, fuck fads man.

Why should I care though? I should be happy with myself, and how I'm not a part of the flock. How I can think for myself, and have fun doing it. Worrying about what other people wear and think is plain retarted and a waste of time. It IS very irksome however, and hard to ignore. Especially when the flock consists of 90% of the school. How do I remedy this you ask? Become a ghost. Nobody sees you, and you aren't able to interact with them. Its perfect for removing the bullshit from school life. Pokemon is awesome for school, it removes the possibility for interaction with sheep. My bro and I play Pokemon like theres no tomorrow, and it's quite effective. It's like a max repel. Except when they ask, "Are you guys battling or something?" I'm usually breeding for a good nature, so I reply, "Wouldn't you have learned not to ask by now? The last three times I was hatching eggs, what makes you think now is going to be different?" That usually shuts em up.

What the fuck did I just write? Wow.

Any of you feel the same way? Any of you sheep yourselves? I doubt that there would be any on GBATemp.
Feel free to say anything you like about this post, I'm tired as fuck at the time of writing, and I felt like telling people about this bullshit.

This is what I thought:

Hipster-Kitty.jpg

No need to call other people tools; You're making yourself as bad as anyone else.

I agree mate. Social remtards who can't think for themselves and only "copycat" for fear of being left out or s[censored]ed at by the rest of the flock. These people aren't being themselves, just being what they're told they should be

Personally I lost my faith in most of mankind around the time the Crazy Frog started desecrating Axel F. I realised that stupidity and ignorance had suddenly become fashion accessories. I started noticing how teenage girls these days simply can't wait to get pregnant because they think it's cool or makes them grown up. It's a phenomena I've come to call 'Paris Hilton Syndrome', in which all logical thought is cast away in favour of stupidity and the slow degeneration of the entire species, permitted by our governments insisting that we're all 'special'.

Case and point, the music industry. This is what my dad had for entertainment when he was my age.

Whereas I have...this.

Hardly a fair exchange in my opinion.

Incidentally, why is it that when I put the second video's youtube link in to the same format as I did the first one, it only shows the first video again? I've checked the youtube code and it's fine, it just gets confused. How to avoid this, for future reference? Oh, and enjoy the lady doing the sign language, by the way. Thought that added a little extra random to that second vid.

Exactly how? They are, it's a well known fact. I don't fall into their category, so I can't be as bad as them as a group. I'm sure as people they can be nice, but I have no respect for sheep.

I think if you put them both in spoilers it should work. Haven't tried it yet.

I also very much agree with you on music. I don't listen to any of the new music out there. I mostly listen to instrumental music, but I do listen to some good music, which some people have told me is gay.

Edit: Seems the video does pop up twice. I wonder why.

Only because its not what they all listen to. Homophobic sheep!

Wow you just reminded me of the days when I used to be one of those sheep.
I bought a heely (you know, the skating shoes thingy) and I nearly broke the bone over the heel.
It's been medically proven after that that heelys are bad.

Baa Baa Black Sheep was actually changed to Baa Baa Rainbow sheep cause it was offensive to black ppl.
But this is actually a serious topic to me.
Ppl so desperate for friends that they change their personality to the "cool person"
When infact they are fags giving out mental torture that will give them a free ticket to rot in hell for acting too cool for being nice.
They are very confusing.
Like what kind of person puts his ipod on loud speaker and parades around the place with rap music on, true story.
And i got to be like the most hated person at school. (i meen it!)
You know what, i'm gonna make a blog of it

How am I a sheep exactly? If they say it's gay, then that's there opinion. I just hate it that they keep bothering me with it.

They are sheep, not you. I could have worded that better lol.

I happen to listen to alot of modern music, but I tend to stay away from rap. Of course, there are some exceptions, like a few songs by Eminem, but songs by Lil WaynE and such, I can't find anything really good about them, some aren't even catchy, they're just random ramblings about sex and alchohol.

I like some modern music ,like what you said above and some others, it's just I don't like most of it.

I find this happens a lot with what ppl wear. Ppl seem to think wearing expensive brands like 'Superdry' make them 'Supercool'. I have a thicker, warmer, drier coat which i bought for £15 when they're freezing to death after spending £65-£125 on some foreign brand wich has had a rubber logo stitched on it.
When ppl ask m why i don't have one i simply reply that i will be getting a 3DS for the same price. (As Superdry coats are not durable and ppl seem to get through about 2-3 every year!) Anyway, this certainly shuts them up.

I see this a lot too. A lot of teenagers in this city went through a Burbury stage at one point where they'd wear nothing else. Personally I buy clothes that will do the job. My jeans are from Tesco. £8 a pair so I don't give a shit if they get stained or ripped, I'll just go buy more. They look and feel exactly the same as the 'designer' jeans that cost £200+, except this way I have money left over to actually go places in my jeans, like taking a young lady to the movies, etc. They don't notice or care that my jeans don't have a special logo on them.

So why exactly do people feel the need to fit in? The only time I've ever bought anything for the purposes of 'fitting in' was Black Ops. I was on the fence about it but my friend convinced me it'd be a decent game that'd stay active on Live for a long time, so it made sense. I don't regret the decision. Sometimes things are popular for good reason. But we need to maintain our own personality, regardless of the popular norm. Otherwise we end up being the same grey lumps of wallpaper paste, going from same office/shop jobs to the same mass-constructed houses, marrying the same type of girl that everyone else does to fit in, and before you know it you're living someone else's life, at which point you can no longer justify your own existance and may as well die to save world resources.

With that in mind I'm gonna go paint something. Just to be original.

I love being creative.
One time i gathered some rocks and wrote my name on the driveway
biggrin.gif

About this, I knocked a cigarette out of a chav's hand and about 10 of them were on me like locusts o.O
They were all like "What you doin that for mate" and "Your lookin for a punch, ain't he" So I walked off with my 2 friends and told them to SMD
tongue.gif

Oh yeah, and they were all wearing the same shoes and jackets xD
Shows how intelligent people are nowadays
tongue.gif

And yeah, new 'pop' music is completely shit, I normally listen to 2006-07 songs that are actually written by the people that play them...

The conformist kids are much better than the douchey "fuck the norm" kids who think they're just so cool because they're so different. In the end they all begin wearing the same type of clothing, listening to the same music, thinking the same things. Nonconformists become conformists really quickly.

This blog post was way too over saturated with angst. I'm a nerd, people don't bother me and I don't bother them. I'm on good terms with most anyone outside of people I go out of my way to be on bad terms with. It's the best way to love instead of trying to be all "fuck the norm".
