Homebrew b9sTool 2.1.0 Help

I was able to get everything transferred over from my Luma N3DS XL to a clean N3DS XL on OFW 11.4. I'm able to access b9sTool, I dumped F0F1 and followed all the instructions. Now I click install boot9strap and it says it's opening it ends up going 4/4MBs and says done.

I restart the 3DS and instead of taking me to the Luma screen I just go back to the normal screen.

Went through and put everything needed on the card again, tried multiple times and no luck.

Am I missing something?

Nevermind, tried deleting luma's config.bin and it worked. When I did the original system transfer it didn't move my DSiWare game over. So I restored the SysNAND on the source 3DS, injected the save info, moved the DSiWare game to the SD card and then swapped the SD card with the target.

Since that SD card all ready had the Luma folder it had the configuration selected all ready. I had been merging the Luma folders instead of deleting and starting fresh without the config.bin

Just in case someone else runs into that issue.
