Hacking Australian D2B GC2

I've got a Australia D2B GC2 LAH1007.

The point 3 is still there on the board. Will the Wiikey work on this?

I looked at:

It says:
GC2R - D2B

(Incompatible with first generation mod chips)

Can anyone help?

It means that stuff like CycloWiz V1 is not compatible w/o update but your Wii is moddable using current gen chips
