Hacking Aurora: cant search, also slow

If I search my games list on aurora it just hangs and never finds the games fitting the search.
It is also loading the games list slower when booting. I boot into aurora. Use to work fine.

It seems this could be something to do with the database. Has anyone else had a similar issue. Maybe a corrupt database or something.
I have around 700 games on aurora but it still use to load quite quickly and I could still search.

that was always the problem I had with aurora, but I have over 700 xbla (almost the entire set), 100s of GB of dlc, and about 3,500 indie games. aurora and FSD index the files to make the system boot faster, but when you have a lot of games, it could still take a while. from what I remember, aurora loads the games' list before getting to the dashboard. FSD2 doesn't, so you can select default.xex/xbe before the database is completely loaded.
