Hi I’m coming from sx os
I would like to set atmosphere as emmunand on new sd card

Can someone point me to best guide for me to follow?

Ok can I use my sx os dongle to launch?

Also how to I get formatting my sd card to fat 32 I tryed follow the guide but I must be doing something wrong

Dongle:
yes you can use your SX OS Dongle to launch. You leave the dongle as is but put a new boot.dat on you sd card.

there are two ways to approach this:
1) Follow this section of the guide: https://rentry.org/mys8q
here they are giving you a special boot.dat file that automatically boots anything you rename to payload.bin (this could be Hekate.x.x.x.bin for example)

2) check out this source code where there is a link where you can upload your hekate.bin file and receive a new boot.dat in the Readme.md: https://github.com/StudentBlake/Payload-to-boot.dat
(make sure you rename the resulting file to boot.dat…remove any .html or any other suffix your browser might put on the file.)

FAT32:
check out this link and go to the part about downloading and using Rufus.exe to format large FAT32 drives on Windows: https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/how-to-format-a-usb-drive-to-fat32-on-windows-10/

For the fat 32 the rentry l.org said you can use Hekate or I’m I better doing it on the pc?
Wat allocation size should I select?

Do it on PC. The reason is that the switch has sub standard exfat drivers that it will use by default for any sd card over 32G. You don’t want this so you need to do it on PC, however PC also has limitations in it’s format.exe program so a third party format program (Rufus) must be used. For allocation size I use 32k.
