Hacking Arm11 crash (help needed)

So when i boot up my 2DS and wait like 15 seconds and don’t launch a game i get an arm11 core 1 crash. Every time. I have tried a lot of things. I am using Luma v13.3 and booting from SD card via B9S.

There have been many threads about the "boss" crash. It is very mysterious.

Copy everything off your SD card (Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier is recommended since there's a possibility of corruption), format the card, test the empty card with h2testw, and copy everything back again. See if that fixes it. If the test fails or if you can't format the card, then you should get a new card (and copy everything to the new card after formatting and testing it).

Otherwise, doing an update in Safe Mode sometimes reportedly helps.

I have tried a lot of things.

i am using netpass. What is safe mode? I will try the SD card stuff. (Also sorry about saying “i’ve tried a lot of things” i’m not good at getting the right words said.)

What is safe mode?

Then you should probably get better at that. You're going to have a very difficult time getting help if you cannot accurately describe your problem.
