Hacking Emulator Arm 11 core 1 undefined instruction

I got this error after CTRTransfer and restore the sysNAND
Its not current process pm, its loader
My SD card is fine, I have tried update luma but it didnt work

Have you had any luck solving this problem?
No one seems to know how to solve this issue when the basic "replace with the new luma files" dont seem to work
